Monday - Wednesday - Friday**
• 5:00pm - 6:00pm (Family Kickboxing)
• 6:00pm - 7:00pm (Strength & Conditioning)**
• 7:30pm - 8:30pm (Kickboxing/Cardio)

Tuesday - Thursday
• 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Kickboxing/Cardio)
• 7:30pm - 9:00pm (Advanced Kickboxing & MMA)
• 9:00pm - 10:00p (Open Mat)

Saturday
• 10:00am - 11:00am (Kids Class)
• 11:00am - 1:00pm (MMA/Open Mat)

*Private sessions are also available. Depending on availability. Day Classes TO BE ANNOUNCED.
